Sharing files between Ubuntu 11.04 over LAN

PROBLEM:
How do you share files between two computers that are both running Zorin OS 5.2?


SOLUTION:
1. Install openssh-server
2. Launch Nautilus.
   a) Navigate to a folder you want to share.
   b) Right click folder and select Sharing Options.
   c) Another box appears titled Folder Sharing. Click the
      box "Share this folder" and enter a Share name.
   d) Click Create Share.
